This vest was made as a cosplay piece for the character of Spiderman Noir.

 

The design was developed from existing Spiderman Noir artwork and the custom spider design from various Spiderman emblems. The pattern was derived from an existing pattern for a chefs jacket combined with a vintage dress shirt patten for the large collar.

The materials are black vinyl and shiny polyester upholstery thread. Detail stitching was created using programming on a Viking Opal 690Q sewing machine.
